Structural annotations for two genomes

For each genome we provide a list of the ORFs. For an ORF where PSI-BLAST found at least one homologue in our SCOP1625 domain database you can get a stacked multiple sequence alignment of the ORF and the corresponding hits. The first 4 letters in the name of the hit correspond to a pdb code the and following 2 letters indicate a certain segment in the pdb entry.
