You can download the executable version of PINALOG here. PINALOG1.0 is compatible with 32 bit Linux system. For 64 bit version, please contact hang.phan07@imperial.ac.uk for more details.

The package includes:

  • PINALOG1.0 executable file
  • CFinder executable file for detecting communities in the network
  • Gene ontology file (when using for function annotation), go to the GO consortium for the latest version
  • Gene associations of proteins in the IntAct database, extracted from the GOA set, used as background for calculating functional similarity
  • Sample PPINs with associated BLAST data and gene annotation data


The PPIN data for different species extracted from the IntAct database is available for download from here (.tar.gz file) or here (.zip file). It should be noted that the alignment that might be obtained using human and yeast PPINs would be different from the one described in the paper as this is the more updated data (IntAct data downloaded in May 2011).
