Overview: These superpositions are generated by attempting to find the largest subset of atoms that are superimposable within some threshold (approximately 3.5Å). However this threshold is automatically adjusted based on the size of the proteins being aligned. Highly similar models have a TM-score >0.7, same fold >0.5 and different folds <0.5.
Rank: Rank of the model in main Phyre2 results page
Pairs: The number of superposable pairs within the RMSD (see below)
RMSD: The root mean square distance between the set of pairs aligned
TM-score: a normalized score from 0-1 representing overall similarity of the proteins. Identical structures score 1. Scores above 0.5 indicate the same overall fold. Scores <0.2 indicate a similarity no better than random. For more information see the Wikipedia article
